"Nice Stay in Natchitoches"

This hotel has easy on and off of I -49. Both the interior and external spaces were well maintained and clean. Our king room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff along with the breakfast ladies were friendly and welcoming. It is a nice stop when traveling through the area.

I didn't like that we didn't have a spare roll of toilet paper in the room. The housekeepers come every other day, which is fine, but they should have made sure the room had an extra roll of toilet paper.

"Family Reunion Hotel Stay"

Family reunion for the weekend. Smooth checkin. Everyone was friendly and professional. Even when I went down for breakfast, the staff was also helpful and went above and beyond for items that were needed. Felt like I was at home with my family. I also used the workout facility and pool as well and both areas were nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Needed more towels and had no problems. Will definitely stay here again. Everyone in my family was impressed with the stay and attention to detail. Sam, Kenisha, and Amber are amazing.

"Clean and Friendly"

We stopped here to sleep for one night while on our road trip. The staff was vedy friendly and helpful. The property seemed fairly new and everything was clean. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here.
