Hampton Inn Natchitoches

Rooms and bathrooms are very small. The elevators are not working. The mini fridge in my room did not keep my drinks cold at all. Ice machine on second floor where we are at is out of order. Laundry room and workout rooms are not accessible after 10 pm. Upon arrival our rooms were very hot.

The elevator and ice maker were broken and they had no ETA on repairs. They put us on the second floor. No fun! There was a group(not guests) using the parking lot outside our window to party

It served its purpose

Apparently there is no housekeeping during your stay. We stayed 5 days and not once was our room refreshed. No clean towels, TP, trash emptied, or bed linens. We had to ask twice for towels and just bought our own TP when the small roll we had ran out. Room smelled pretty dank by the 5th day from not being cleaned. Beds didn't have a top sheet - only a fitted sheet and the duvet which as we all know is NOT washed in between guests. Gross. Breakfast was disappointing with very skimpy options.

Everything was nice and up to profession. But $50 extra because I left oil on a pillowcase is outrageous.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Easy access to restaurants and such

Our stay was very comfortable.
