Great stay. Comfortable bed and friendly staff! Breakfast was great.

About the only positive is it was close to where we were attending an event.

First, we arrived one hour after check-in and the rooms still weren’t ready. After waiting in the lobby for over 30 minutes they finally checked us in. One of the rooms didn’t have the door shut all the way, the floors were wet, the trash cans were sitting on furniture with no bags and one other huge problem. Booking.com showed the rooms we booked (both rooms) to have a King bed with a sofa bed. Neither room had a sofa, let alone a sofa bed. I went to the front desk and asked if there was a mistake because we booked both rooms as King bed with a sofa bed. The front desk was polite and stated that none of their rooms have sofa beds and stated that third party companies like Booking.com sometimes list the wrong information. They did send a “Roll-away bed” to both rooms. I am pretty sure that prisons probably have better bedding than the “roll-away beds” they sent. My 10 yr old son barely fit on it height wise and he’s barely 4 ft and very skinny. He said, “dad something is poking my back” so I felt of the mattress and you could feel every spring and piece of wire in it. The other rooms roll-away was the exact same. The front desk had no other rooms to accommodate our stay so we ended up going to a nearby Walmart and bought two air up mattresses. Not only were these rooms overpriced but having to go buy air mattresses for family members was downright ridiculous, but it’s what we had to do in order to sleep. The towels stunk, almost like a mildew smell and one of the bath towels had mold all over it. Lastly, the bedsheets felt like sandpaper, rough, gritty texture and the mattress is very firm and uncomfortable.

The staff were very sympathetic to my situation and very patient. The room was comfy and clean. 10/10

Don’t stay here unless you want to haul your luggage up the stairs since the elevator is out!!! They had no rooms on the first floor and did not have an alert on their website when you made a reservation!!! We are in our sixties and had to haul this all upstairs!!!

The night clerk who checked me in was super friendly, the elevator was out so he put me in a room closer to the steps. The day clerk seem annoyed I was telling her I was checking out.

We had a very good experience with this property.

Food was good., the location was great for what we were doing. the staff was great!

The elevator was broken when we arrived and after 4 days was still broken. we were lucky and there was a room downstairs that we would make work. we would have preferred 2 beds, but we made the one king work for us.

It was right next to highway, we had to listen to trucks all night and we could here everything in hallway.
