The coffee maker water reservoir was very dusty on the inside. It was necessary to wipe it out prior to use.

I booked online- was supposed to be a room with a chaise lounger-it was a chair! I’m thankful the 3rd person booked another room at a different hotel or it would have been an issue! I’ll be contacting hotels in the future instead of online booking !

Staff checkin was great. Overall great stay.. Ladies preparing breakfast was terrific.

The location and convenience was very nice to help break up a long trip.

The first room we were in smelled awful. Very damp and smelled like old wet towels. The floors were also sticky. So the sweet lady at the front moved us to the third floor. By then my asthma had started to bother me with the smell. New room is still sticky and still smells of mildew. We decided to drive through the night to our destination rather than having to stay there. The staff was incredibly sweet and helpful. The hotel itself needs to be inspected for mold.

Bed and pillows were so comfy. Need longer shower curtain. Wet the whole bathroom. Need more towels. The breakfast was wonderful. All food and drink was good. Enjoyed our over nite stay.
