Paul provided great customer service and created an outstanding environment. We appreciate all the staff at the hotel. Very clean, inviting and friendly.

One of the best hotel experiences I have had in a long time! From check-in to check-out, every staff member was so kind, caring, and helpful. We were offered the upgrade to include breakfast with our room at check-in, which was 100% worth it! Highly suggest it even for just coffee and toast to start your day, but the meals were all delicious.

I have no major complaints from my stay. There are a few incredibly minor aesthetic changes I could see- some of the decor on the walls was peeling/incomplete, but it was not a cleanliness issue in any way, just a quirk from older renovations, probably

This affordable IHG property had very nice rooms , clean and fresh and first rate bed linen and terry. Try to stay on the opposite side of Rt 94. Look forward to their restaurant tomorrow for breakfast

Easy to access, clean, cozy, reasonable rates, great amenities. The highlight here though is Chris and Paul and the way they handled our synchronized skating team with care and grace. Truthfully, this trip wouldn’t have been a success without their understanding and patience. They legitimately care about the people staying here and that matters. We’re definitely getting a hotel block here in the future, and I’m recommending that everyone stay here, be they traveling for business or pleasure. The support team here is second to none.

It was better than I expected in almost every way.

Was a little challenging to find if following Google Map directions due to some road construction, and my unfamiliarity with the area.

Decent hotel with nice sized rooms. The rooms even have exercise equipment inside them (yoga mat, foam roller, some resistance bands). Our room was a king size bed with a roll out couch and it was fine however… we had to change rooms due to some issues in the first room (AC not working and the roll out couch bed broke when my son sat on it) and when we moved into the second room, the new couch did the same. We also had an issue with the motion sensor in the bathroom turning itself on constantly which made for some very disruptive sleep. That being said, the hotel staff was very quick and happy to assist us in amending these issues. They were friendly and also the breakfast was great too with some nice healthy options. Only lost a star due to the night of poor sleep with the light constantly turning on (we ended up having to tape a piece of paper over the sensor which wasn’t the best fix as it fell off a few times).
