"Knowledge Needed"

Going to an event in the area, I decided to stay local. I checked and asked for a room in a quiet, vacant area of the hotel. I was given a room across from the elevator. Not what I would consider a 'quiet' spot. The facility has a pool and hot tub. The area was clean and well prepared for visitors. Unfortunately, the performance of the hot tub was poor. No bubbles or excelerated water movement. Nothing!!! The room was well appointed with motivational and relaxing comments. Upon check out, the team member gave me the wrong bill. I was fortunate that a senior team member was there to rectify the situation. Customer service here is....challenging.

The staff at the Even hotel in Ann Arbor are amazing! Cannot say enough good about my customer experience each time I stay at this location. Chris is welcoming, professional and attentive during each stay. Ms. Shirley is a delight to see in the morning for breakfast. Her warm and engaging personality with customers in unforgettable. Tiara is helpful and kind to everyone. This excellent and personable customer service will keep me coming back to this hotel.

The hotel was out of the business of the campus area, and yet still so close to getting into town and the events I was there to participate in. I was happy I could get breakfast there and they also had a restaurant and bar.
