Newer hotel with fresh decor and light exercise equipment in room. Bathroom had premium fixtures by Kohler, with nice shower water pressure. Loved extra common areas in lobby. Great price

15 minute drive from university and hard to see entrance to hotel

Convenient to where we needed to be. The rooms were very nice and clean.

The breakfast staff was rude, and not helpful we left without even getting coffee.

Exceptionally clean! Staff very helpful. Dog-friendly hotel. Love the small details like the double blinds and touch lights. Second time at this establishment.

Small item- very low toilet!

The hotel was not cleaned well- both the common areas and the rooms and it smelled musty and like mold. Do not stay here. I was optimistic when we pulled in. The lobby had lots of sort of cute accents like sayings written on the walls and flavored waters. The rooms seemed ok and had just been cleaned (weirdly at 4 pm). I had terrible allergies through the night because there appears to be mold in the wall (not central) ac unit. It also made the room smell weird. The refrigerator was broken. The room was not cleaned on Saturday until we returned and requested it. And even then the room was barely cleaned. No top sheets. No duvets. Just bare comforters. I slept fully clothed. The issue seems to be that this hotel is not staffed properly - we only saw 2 cleaning staff who had responsibility for the whole hotel which includes a pool a fitness center and a restaurant. Everybody at the front desk except for paul who was lovely had been hired this week. Nobody could help with anything. When I asked about the cleaning on Saturday I received a series of Ai generated texts from the general manager who seemed to want to help but really didn’t. Just give the impression that he did. If this hotel were to close this week I would not be surprised. That is the sense that it gives. Just barely hanging on and doing the bare minimum for guests. If you come to Ann Arbor stay at the Hyatt place across the street. It is everything that this hotel is not - spotlessly clean and well run. Less ditties on the walls but everything that you need a hotel to be - a nice place to spend the night and get a good night sleep with no dust and dirt and mold and general sense of abandonment.
