Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Beatrice by IHG

Overall good and the quality I wish all Holiday Inn's wpuld hold themself to. Breakfast was great and the lady maintaining it was on top of it during a busy morning rush! Pool was a little cold but better once you got in. Wish they would have still had the jacuzzi but not a deal breaker. Rooms were more than decent. Front desk was couteous and happy to help. Wish our upstairs neighbors would have not have been so loud but we will definitely use them again.

Breakfast buffet was well stocked and tables were clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating, we appreciate that so much when traveling with small children! Would stay here again without hesitation

Just okay... not worth the $160 a night. The floor in our room had clearly not been vacuumed and there was mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom. Very disappointing for the price. If you aren't interested in a pool or breakfast, save yourself some money and stay at My Place next door.

It was close to work

All I wanted was a spa tub. The only reason I pick to stay in Beatrice was for the spa tub.. I live in Lincoln. Should have drove home. Instead of staying in a hotel room with a basic shower tub, like I already have at home.

The staff were not friendly upfront n arrival. I told them who the reservation was under and from there the clerk said nothing besides giving me paperwork to sign and the key cards. Rooms were dirty and the bathroom vent was running. When I turned it off all I could smell was mold and a strong vinegar smell. Bed wasn’t made, shower the water barely came out because it was clogged with lime and white crusty stuff. Water leaked from under the toilet. Breakfast options were okay. Muffins were outdated, bread and bagels were extremely dry/crusty, no fruit but a fruit bowl, pancake machine didn’t work and the countertops were dirty. Hotel cleaning crew began knocking on the door at 8am wanting to come clean the room since we were checking out that day. We hadn’t even showered yet. I told them through the door and she just kept knocking louder until I answered. I have stayed here before and it was so much better. Horrible experience. Will look for other options when needing to stay in Beatrice. Very disappointed.
