"Wonderful hotel in Downtown Milwaukee"

Centrally located. Easy walk to excellent restaurants. Simple parking. Gin at the front desk started our stay with a smile and was amazing throughout the stay. I spend over 100 nights a year in Marriotts and she was, by far, the best person I’ve ever interacted with at Marriott.

"A great retreat for a solo traveler."

Hotel had a nice small pool. Access to the 3rd Street Food hall without going outside. Hotel was clean and quiet. Checkin was easy. Received a room upgrade which was really nice.

"Could be better…"

Check in was great! I should have asked to change rooms as soon as we arrived. Room had a stale musty smell, luckily we had a balcony to open it up and get fresh air. Unfortunately there was broken glass on the balcony from whenever. Windows extra dirty. Half used lotion bottle. Had to call front desk on neighbors at 1am and again at 5, so I got very little rest. I’m a Marriott rewards member, but got a better rate on hotels.com and I seriously feel like they should give me a refund.
