The 3rd street market was closed which was one of the factors we stayed there so kids could play the games and eat.

It was a great location. Decor was fine but nothing super special. We did have to have sheets on one bed changed due to hairs on them and decorative pillow changed due to a blood stain. They also didn’t have our pre-ordered roll away bed in the room. I went to the front desk about the sheets and roll away and it was handled promptly and professionally. They did give good customer service and apologized. The pool was pretty good. Parking was safe. It’s a bit of a pain with the access but most city hotels are like that. You know what you’re getting with a Marriott. It’s a bit pricey but it is right downtown.

Courtyards are supposed to business friendly but this place wasn’t. There were no places to holding meeting and places that there are they just giveaway.

Lots of construction noise. Parking garage was okay but cost $22. No free breakfast but you can buy breakfast at the “bistro.” Room itself was decent.

"I wouldnt book again simply because they dont clean properly, dont change your sheets, you can ask for cleaning products"

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Was in the middle of downtown walking distance for food bars train. Hotel and staff was amazing hotel is clean and comfortable breakfast is amazing

Everything was expertly done and I am happy how they treated a family gathering of 11 of us. This motel is very close to Amtrak, Enterprise car rental and to downtown area. It’s only a 10 min walk to each give about 5 min more depending on how fast you can walk 1/2 to 3/4 mi. The desk staff was very helpful and attentive to anything and easily accessible. The lobby area was very large and cozy with living or family room furniture. Beds and rooms were so comfy and quiet. I would choose this again based on a superior rating overall
