Disappointed and disgusted. Super run down - sheets had hair and blood in them! Room was dirty - mirrors not cleaned, toilet and bathroom gross and old. Broken buttons in elevator- everything needs a renovation! Do not stay here upgrade to a better brand if you can!

Location was perfect and staff was very helpful and friendly. Knocking off a star because the facilities were very rundown and dated. Our hotel door deadbolt didnt work and got stuck frequently, the door had visible damage that looked like it had been broken into. That being said, it was comfortable and convenient and Id stay again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The building does have some sticky doors that need help closing but we actually loved the character of the place. It’s attached to the third street market so dining options are endless. Bistro for breakfast is an excellent choice

"Good Hotel"

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. My room was on the 3rd floor facing a warehouse dock. Although I was initially concerned about noise, I didn't have any issues. The hotel is in a good location. It's 2 blocks from the Baird Center, and many restaurants in walking distance. There is a hallway that connects the hotel to the 3rd Street Market Hall which reminded me of a shopping center food court. Front desk was welcoming and check in/out was quick. The room was comfortable and I'd say it had better lighting than many other hotels I've stayed at. However, hot water in the shower wasn't always there, and the ventilation wasn't sufficient. The beds were comfortable and I enjoyed the memory foam headrest more than I thought. Internet was spotty. There was a lot of buffering when I was watching a movie at night.

Perfect location for a weekend trip, the hotel is closed to all tourists spots. Especially with Kid. The kids rate the pool 3.5 out 5.
