The hotel location is excellent, close to Mamilla, the service at the reception was good, the room was relatively large and spacious, the air conditioner in the room did not work, only blows air, the food level is very low, regarding breakfast, the food is not fresh, and the variety of products is poor, I liked that the hotel has several parking spaces, also in the underground,

We were in Jerusalem for the first time because of a wedding. This is a large well-located hotel and the service was excellent. They have a big dining room with a variety of breakfast selections. Although for us, we had to look carefully for food we are used to eating in the morning. But this issue was one we experienced throughout our trip. They did a great job with our laundry.

The issue we had was a TV that didn't work, but techs sent worked hard to try to fix it. Finally, the TV was replaced with a new one. The heating and A/C system was different than what we were used to. It was very warm when we first entered, and then we learned that the hotel can either provide air conditioning or heat. We were advised to open the window to get cooling, and we turned off the heat. When it was too cold, we closed the window and turned on the heat.

We stayed at the Dan Jerusalem for four days and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The level of service was outstanding—professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. Every interaction felt thoughtful and well-handled, which made the visit especially relaxing and enjoyable. A special shout-out to Safwan and Tala, who assisted us during check-out. They were incredibly helpful, efficient, and kind, leaving us with a great final impression of the hotel. Their professionalism really stood out and perfectly reflected the high standard of service at the Dan Jerusalem. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and cannot wait to return.
