I’m Diamond level with Hilton. Spent over 100 nights and thousands of dollars to achieve that status. Lots of benefits to that. Room upgrades. Free drinks. Breakfast voucher. Absolutely worthless if you commit the crime of booking through Expedia instead of the Hilton app. Booking on Hilton.com means you can’t cancel. On Expedia you can within one day. Don’t make the mistake I did and waste thousands of dollars assuming that Hilton has any kind of integrity. They don’t.

"Think again before you waste your money"

Extremely disappointed, front desk staff were so rude and could not be bothered to help. Hotel was very hot my room was dirty with mold in the shower and numerous hairs everywhere. My stay was 4 days with no cleaning service for the entire stay. Requested towels but they were scarce. A major complaint is front desk no WIFI service hotel seems to be in a dead zone. Front desk insisted it was my phone a Verizon IPhone they tried to connect and couldn’t. Location was awful if you are traveling alone be aware, you are truly on your own. Unsafe area. Don’t let the Hilton name fool you it’s a franchise not the quality of a Hilton. I’m writing this review since when I requested to speak with a manager I was told just write a review

"Happy with our stay"

Overall I was very happy with our stay. My daughter forgot her toothbrush and the hotel sent one right up to our room after I texted the request. It was fairly quiet and we slept great.

My room wasn’t very clean, the shower curtain smelled so bad I didn’t use the shower and the air conditioner made noises even though it was off. I arrived so late I didn’t complain. The staff was very nice and welcoming and the bed was clean.
