Farmington Inn

The hotel decided to check me out a day early and give my room away. I came in from work to find my room given away and all my things gone. When i got most of my things back alot were stolen. I am still repla ing things. When i tried to talk to managment they were no help. Said it was my fault for not telling them i wasnt going to check out early. They refused to replace anything.

Shower didn’t get cold & there was blood on the toilet seat

The first room assigned had a very cold heater and was dirty, I reported the problem and was given another room, the second room was worse, there were holes in the wall, the bed was on the floor and base of the bed was stacked on the floor, there were dried tissue wads on the wall and the wall had stains on it. When I requested a refund, I was told that it would be up to the manager!

This was quite disappointing and I would not recommend. The motel 6 would be a better place to stay. Yelling and drug deals going on outside. Fairly clean inside.

The sleep rest was good but I had to ask for one more pillow & here I stated two people. I also reported the coat rack hanging loose & one of the outlets. In the morning, noticed the shower doesn’t work so didn’t shower. Room needs some maintenance repairs & don’t know why they rent out rooms like that.

The hotel room I got was 220 and it looked like it had been broken into, the dresser was in the middle of the room, the window wasn’t able to shut properly and a cold breeze was constant, and the heater was smashed and wouldn’t work

I don’t even know where to begin with this hotel. I guess I’ll start with check in. It took 35 minutes for the manager to show up and give me a room. The other 2 employees that were waiting in the lobby (most have been break time) had no idea how to check in someone. Then you would think having the cleaning staff living in the hotel would be a plus, however, when they have ppl over until 2am on a Monday and Tuesday night it’s not so much of a plus anymore. Then let’s deal with the junkies knocking on the door at 3am asking you for money. It was definitely an awesome experience. Plus you get to listen to security yell and chase them around the building and parking lot. Now if you feel like venturing out of your room you might think to, well I actually have no idea how to fix this, secure your door with a sign that tells other guest that your room is occupied. Not at the fault of the guest at all. The manager rented out my room to another family (yes, while I was still in it and had a 2 night reservation)!!! They walked into my room (with a key card provided by the management) and then noticed my stuff in the room. Then when I returned and tried to get into my room my key card was deactivated. Thankfully the guest in the next room over (you know the ones that had a key to my room) informed me. If you think it’s hard to get service at 4pm check in, Try at 10pm!!! I can only LOL about this whole experience. I kept waiting for the tv cameras to pop out.

It's unsafe by the walk in back and there was people yelling around by the hotel. Cops were also present, for what, I didn't know. Toilet water tank cover was broken, TV stand was broken in front and it cover was just sitting by the side. I won't stay there again.

Terrible facility. First room had crumbs on the carpet and the bath tub did not drain. Moved to 2nd room where there was mold, toilet didn't flush, no towels, USED amenities were left in the room. Would never stay at this facility again nor recommend to anyone. The hotel was also robbed while we were staying there.

No refrigerator no coffe pot and hair every where and i had to get my own towels everyday
