room was not finished cleaning. a pile of dogfood by the door. no towels

Last time I stayed,,we got a room that was clean ,,with this trip it was awfully,,I would get a refund I would think,,a lot of broken things , restroom door was broken, fire alarm was rip off n part of wall damage,n above all it smell awful,,I was to tired to complain n I just left next day,,,so disappointed

The room was dirty there was dog crap still on floor. Mucus in tub and sink. Toilet wouldnt flush. Addicts knocking in door. Smoke free room smelled like cigarettes. Smoke alarm was busted and no battery

The lady at the front desk was rude and refused to give me my $150 cash deposit back

The room was trashed.. the shower Curtain was broken.. seen mold on the malls.. the toilet was not clean.. my bed didn’t looked cleaned or fixed.. bad hotel/motel I have ever stayed at..

When me and my husband and are one year old stayed here the room was disgusting, the bathtub had like burn stains from like cigarettes burning it, and the security lock on the door was broken, the door handle was just about nearly completely off of the door, not only that but what I paid for the room was not nearly what my room should have been for the price neither tho!!!!

Horrible. Drug dealers and hookers approached us within 5 minutes. I guess they live on 2nd floor. At one in the morning, Gangbangers started fighting and set fire to a tire in parking lot. We left at 2am when the two POLICE cars offered us cover. I’m not kidding at all.
