Farmington Inn

Lies everywhere. No wifi, no refrigerator, pool, broken microwave, and more. Most disgusting was no top sheet on beds. When we complained the "manager" said f you. Do NOT stay here!

You get what you pay for; staff were awesome, but the property need lots of work. Holes in the walls, broken and torn chairs, dirty toilet etc.

People knocking all hours of the night. Too many homeless/transients hanging out on the property.

There was a urine odor in the room. After a little investigation, I realized the padded chair was saturated. Cigarette burns on the comforter in my "non-smoking" room..

I got what I paid for. Pillows were flat bed was not to bad. Thank goodness I didn’t need to use the microwave or refrigerator. Microwave was dirty and rusty. Refrigerator could use a good cleaning inside and outside. Maids need to clean in the corners and behind the refrigerator. Completely wipe down every thing not just where they reach. Really loud customers and police presence

I felt really uncomfortable staying here, I had no choice since it was late and I was tired. Honestly, there were people hanging out in the stairwell, congregating in cars in the parking lot and I even saw one guy sleeping in the breezeway drunk and disheveled. My room was bad too. The sheets had stains and cigarette hole burns. I had to use my sleeping bag because the bed looked disgusting. I feared that my bike would’ve been stolen or vandalized. I left at 6am the next morning to get away ASAP.

Sucked

Booked at this property due to the 6.2 rating on Hotel.com. Arrived at property, appeared to be decent. However, when getting to the room, people use property as living space. People walking around and very sketchy. I was then told that this part of Farmington is sketchy/rowdy and to be careful with belongings. The room smelled, blankets were torn on the inside, sheets had little stains, tub was plugged up, some parts of room was not swept/wiped down, fridge was not cold, tv did not work even though 3 remotes (to different tv brands) were available. I was very uncomfortable. I didnt even trust the dead lock to keep me safe. #322 room.

Over all i was happy with my stay.

The stay was ok. They could not find my reservation number with Hotels.com and I was charged again. although they refunded me the second charge it was not a easy process. I won't be staying there again.
