Hotel room and staff were great. Hotel bar really good. Well stocked and the friendliest bartender Gym could be a little bigger. 1 bench and 1 elliptical. No universal gym.

I loved the service, the well appointed and spacious rooms, and the shuttle to and from the concert. Also, Marlon in the bar was an outstanding bartender! I definitely recommend this hotel!

Great hotel and staff

The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Check in was easy and they accommodated us a little early. Our mattress was uncomfortable and when I told them they were attentive and gave us a lovely free breakfast in the Chalkboard their hotel dining. Someone came and evaluated the mattress so it will be replaced for next visitor!! We loved the location and would stay there again!!

Completely amazing! Rooms are gorgeous and luxurious. Service is friendly and professional. Restaurant is fantastic.

I was disappointed that the hotel shuttle was not working so we had to Uber downtown. Service in the bar was also lackluster. Took awhile to get a drink ordered. Hotel itself was BEAUTIFUL!

The bed is so comfortable that I don’t want to get up in the morning!! The hotel is beautiful and upscale, but the atmosphere feels like home. What sets this hotel apart from the others are the people! At the front desk Mirandah, Tyler, Anna and Jake are always welcoming, leaving hand written welcome notes and lavender sachets. Marlon in the bar is like family and he makes amazing drinks!! The management Michelle and Brad are amazing too!! This is absolutely the nicest hotel in Tulsa!!! I highly recommend. Being Marriott Ambassador status, I stay in hotels more than I’m at home and The Ambassador is my favorite!!!
