The Bidwell Marriott Portland

Loved the experience here. From the moment we arrived till the moment that we parted, service was excellent. Josh S , the night valet greeted us like we were old friends returning. Happy Birthday Josh! All of the front desk staff and the day valets were always friendly and welcoming and let's not forget Erika, the afternoon spirits tasting hostess. 😋 Love this place, rooms were excellent and clean and very well-appointed. Can't wait to return. It was a a great location for us to walk, eat and catch a Summer concert.

The hotel staff is truly exceptional. From your first greeting with Josh and his knowledge of things to do and places to see, to the friendly smiles that greet you at the front desk; it was truly a joy to stay here. The food is absolutely delicious and the drink pours are nice and heavy. Definitely recommend!

I really like this hotel. The staff is professional and friendly. My room was very comfortable and quiet. Being on a limited expense allowance, I appreciated the $20 per day allotment to use in their mini mart.

Comfy and just what we needed

Pricey restaurant.

We recently stayed at The Bidwell and had the best experience. First, is the hotel itself which is so clean and full of amenities as well as conveniently located. We also love the sustainability efforts put forth by the property. The whole staff at the hotel made us feel like family and provided top-notch care to us. Tom and Derek at the front desk are so kind and accommodating and start off your experience on the right foot from the moment you check in. Another team member that makes your stay unforgettable is Josh S at the valet. He goes above and beyond to provide the best service to guests (even if they don't have a car!) and always has a smile on his face. We were so incredibly impressed by his ability to elevate our guest experience - he is a true gem. We will definitely be back to The Bidwell and honestly can't imagine staying anywhere else in Portland now.

Great location, friendly staff. Nice room, nice bathrooms. M club is nice if you’re a member. I only stay at Marriott properties.
