Residence Inn by Marriott Williamsburg

All was good except the room across from us had a dog that was left alone all morning and barked non stopping. It was not pleasant at all to be waken up because of it. The hotel MUST reconsider the pet policy and either ban it or fine the people who did not care to disturb the whole floor. That was unacceptable.

Excellent breakfast, great pool, very nice staff, great location for Colonial Williamsburg!

Everything was great

Our shower curtain was moldy. My comforter had large brown stains on it. While using the gym a HUGE cockroach crawled across the floor. The pool was absolutely disgusting. Cloudy, moldy walls, moldy filter, hair floating, stains everywhere. Disappointing when you choose the hotel because it has an outdoor pool. Was happy to be leaving and Definitely would not stay there again.

Staff was friendly and accommodating . Location was covienient to fort eustis

Room was nice. Good location. Very nice breakfast. Front desk was so friendly and helpful.

They could not get all 3 rooms together. Only 2 rooms were together. Towels were supposed to be change every other day but that didn’t happen only changed one of the rooms I reserved. My room was left open all day. Luckily nothing was taken.

Interior appears to updated. Could clean the corners better. Exterior is horrible. Ripped screens, dirty exterior, exterior door by my room was filthy, exterior plantings need to be maintained. I walked around the building numerous times. The back is nasty. Needs to be painted and/or pressure sprayed. Disappointed in this Marriott property. Not up to beautiful Williamsburg standards.
