Nice and clean

It was suppose to be hot breakfast and all they had was cold biscuits and gravy,no syrup for waffles no cream for coffee no fruit at all and had to ask for a toaster

Our booking was cancelled by the GM without our knowledge and Expedia will not fix the issue

Stayed here on Thursday and will never consider staying again. The room was barely clean and no channel on the tv worked. The bath tub had hair all over it and continuously dripped. We smashed a cockroach in the tub and also woke up to a baby one in bed with us. Would not have stayed if I could’ve got a refund for my room. Horrible place!

Sirty rooms tv didnt work no cable the light qwnt out with the phone charger no trash cans bed bugs

First room assigned had no bedding. Just bare mattress. The next room I got smelled like a wet dog due to the carpeting. The next room I got was less smelly but had a broken dresser drawer and burned out light bulbs. Expedia should not advertise this hotel. It’s awful.

Nasty hotel! I don’t know why sanitation authorities don’t censure that place

Room door was half broken had to shove it to get it to shut and partially lock the bathtub water ran all night wouldn’t drain hardly when you took a shower no TV no microwave light fixture hanging off the wall room stunk

Terrible. Dirty room. Breakfast no milk for cereal. Do not stay here

I had no towels ,the ice bucket has slime in it ,dirty tub, no tv ,bedside lamps didnt work, no mini fridge or microwave, no elevator and i was on 3rd floor and disabled , ice machine on 3rd floor didnt work, alot of scary characters walking around everywhere, very small continental breakfast which i didnt get to eith morning right as it came out by 730 am nothing left , no creamer for coffee. No blankets only a thin duvet and sheets were dirty , no toilet paper but a used half roll. Very disappointed .way too expensive even with my expedia deal.
