Quality Inn and Suites

No hot water. No WiFi. Moldy fridge. Stains on towels. No TV in room. Staff member across hall kept opening and closing door loudly all night long. Loud banging outside window many mornings.

I never got my room no one came to the door waited outside for over 15 minutes people doing drugs outside and setting up cons. As i watched a man walk to a wheelchair with a sign and then sit in it to beg for cash. Just awful.

Filthy. Free WiFi but no internet. No hot water. Promised free breakfast. It was free, but there was no food nor beverages.. Had to ask for toilet tissue. The security feature was broken off the door. The television was wonky. Reservation made for two queens. Not honored. I guess the sheets were clean. Run, don't walk to Best Western. Toilet was clogged, but there was a plunger!

blood stains in the carpet, bathtub would not shut off, whole room smelled like mildew/mold.

I should have read the reviews prior, but in my defense after driving 10 hours I was tired. This particular place is absolutely gross. I got there, my reservation wasn't available, no problem, they were going to "upgrade" me to the suite. Well lets just say, if you pay for the suite you are mistaken. It was very dirty. Pictures below don't even do it justice as to the filth this room held. Not to mention on the website it states front desk 24/7, NOPE, they close from 11pm-7am. Meaning you better hope you don't have an issue and that you are checked in. I did have an issue with the TV, no service was offered, just questions about what channel is it on. No water at all in the shower, double sink had only one that would actually turn on, Vent missing, Light bulbs out, stains on furniture, smell of urine and mold in room. No coffee cups in the "suite", comforter stained, 2 spiders on wall, 1/2 roll of toilet paper, Pictures online are misleading, front desk is dark, The girl that checked me in was nice enough. My door key didn't work, so she had to use the master key, which meant I couldn't leave my room unless I never planned on going back. Again once they close the lobby you cannot get in touch with anyone to help with anything. The price on the internet seemed reasonable, hence all the nastiness going on. I learned my lesson regarding reading reviews and looking into things before taking the pictures on the internet for face value. Couldn't even shower because it was so nasty

I'm still blown away at how awful this experience was! Upon arrival, it was difficult to find a parking space, there were some formidable looking individuals hanging out in the lobby, and the front desk worker had a hard time explaining to me where my room was. I had to drive around to the other side of the building, where the dumpster was overflowing with mattresses and broken down furniture. Then had to walk up a flight of stairs to a balcony, through a SHATTERED glass door, back outside and around the building again to get to my room. Once I got in my room, I had a hard time finding a light that would actually turn on. I had to press my shoulder into the door to get the lock to catch. The room was freezing(42 degrees outside and no heat or anything was turned on). I opened the bathroom door and a cockroach immediately ran across the backside of the door. There were two more in the tub, one on the sink, and multiple little black beetles on the floor. The faucet ran all night in the tub, there were stains all over the carpet, duvet, towels, and even the walls. The TV didn't work, only one of the lights worked, and there was no hot water. This place was an absolute NIGHTMARE.

Woudnt give me a refund when they had roaches on the wall and leaky bathtub faucet. Stained bed sheets and smelt horrible. Lady came out and was extremely rude just want a refund.

The female at the front desk was incredibly rude during check in - the room was an absolute nightmare - stains on both chairs, no toilet paper, no Kleenex, remotes didn’t work, the fitness room was “Closed until further notice,” the ice machine on the second level wasn’t working and the ice machine in the first level was out of ice. It was a horrible experience. We debated leaving…bad.

There was not a single person at the front desk. When we got there we were completely locked out despite the fact that we had already paid for our rooms, and everywhere online says that there is 24/7 check-in. We ended up having to go find another place to stay at because me my husband and actually another traveler were locked out. I want a full refund and this is going to be a completely terrible review

I should have left after checking in the person gave me a key to a room that was already occupied and she told me it happens more often than it shoukd that rooms are marked as clean. Pillows were tied together and disgustingly stained. Bed smelled like smoke. The bathroom had mold growing and the tub was not clean. Nail polish on the wall. Stains on the chairs, floors and walls. The curtains were falling off the rod. The phone wasnt plugged in.
