Quality Inn and Suites

Lots of ocroach, very dirty. no hot water, no breakfast, no tv, no internet, no blanket. it was Terrible experience! not worth it.

No cable, No Wifi, No breakfast. Totally not worth what i paid for it. I travel for work and this is horrible for a Quality Inn.

Nice bed. No cable or WIFI. Facilities poorly maintained.

What you expect for the money

We ended up cancel reservations after arrival after being notified that the WiFi was out of order and there was no tv service.

There were cockroaches in the room. Could not eat breakfast the next morning due to the uncleanliness of the area. It was disgusting. There was no wifi, overall the place was just dirty.

I didn't like anything about it very unprofessional and I did not even get to stay in my room and so I need my money back, but it was horrible

There were cockroaches amd when I informed the staff, they upgraded our room. An hour after we got into the 2nd room, which also had roaches, the manager, who was higher than Hitler's gas Bill, beat on the door like she was police, woke me up, accused someone of smoking in "her" room and threw us out. I don't smoke.

I needed a receipt and Didn't get one
