Quality Inn and Suites

The place is clean and comfortable. the staff is very friendly and the location is quite peaceful for being just off the freeway.

TV didn't work no hot water asked front desk no help Also booked a Dubble bed they only had king when i checked in

Dirty. Table and counter were not wiped down. Food on them. TV got one channel. Wifi was not working. No trash can. No soap or shampoo; got from front desk. No extra TP.

Was the worst place ever. When i showed up i was told no hot water. Lady behind the desk had absolutely no customer service skills.

My family and I were not allowed to stay there and had to find another place to stay. A rude woman yelled at us that there was no one available to clean to room so we needed to leave. She refused to cancel our reservation.

The property was overbooked and the front desk was rude

No hot water, no internet, management and staff will steal your stuff and your money then trespass you off the property, claiming you broke into one of their room even after multiple people can testify that you didnt. GM is never around, ceilings are leaking, toliets and sinks get stopped up, i understand people who literally have no place to go other than the streets, and if your one of those people, RUN to another hotel/motel/car/abandoned building. Anywhere is better than here! The GM also runs Motel 6 so theres that as well.
