Quality Inn and Suites

Not clean at all. didn't feel safe.

It wasn't the worst place to stay. But we had reserved a room in ground level. They could not accommodate us.

We arrived at around 11:00 PM and were very rudely told our reservation had been canceled because they had overbooked by 29 rooms. They informed me that my card would be credited in 5-10 days. They offered no alternative. I called corporate complaints she was just as useless. I plan on filing a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General’s Office

This was the worst Hotel experience ive ever had. The building should have been condemned. There was blood on the floor in out room and on the wall outside our bathroom, exposed wires in the bathroom, no hot water to take a shower, our room key did not work and our door did not lock. We had strangers walking into our room. There were stains on the floor and om the chair, table and bedside tables were very grimey. The tv did not work. The breakfast was horrible. Staff was not the most pleasant to work with. This place needs to be shut down. The pictures and stuff on the booking website are absolutely deceiving

Front desk was rude and we talk to manager also she was unprofessional with I won’t stay at that property and suggest everybody also

Horrible from the start, took 3 hrs to get a tv that worked, if you turned down the air conditioner the room stunk, carpet very dirty, shower always leaked, looked dirty, the property outside was filled with homeless and druggies, one night in the hallway mexicans laying around with baggage, called 5 times to the desk but was hung up on. I called from private number and finally they got the people out. I would love a refund, this was the worst

There was boric acid on the ledge of the frames and head boards. There was a smashed bug on the pillow. The lighting was horrible. It was disgustingly bad and to hear the general manager passed the room earlier that day

The staff is wonderful

The smell, the blankets had burn holes , I didn't get a room til after 4 check in was 3. And more.
