Mold in bathroom, shower stall, separated from bathtub bathroom door had lots of damage, electrical outlet without cover

Photos are did not represent reality! Pool empty, no hot breakfast actually no breakfast at all, unless you wanted an apple. Dirty, broken furniture, stained linen, carpet, wallls. Tv, fridge and clock not working.

Lots to not like about this hotel. Room was dirty (white powder everywhere), no TV remote, non-working WiFi, broken fixtures, burned out light bulbs, cracks in ceiling and walls, stains on linens. couldn't check in when arrived because rooms were not ready. The place should be torn down.

I had made reservations withhotel.com but when I showed up, the guy said that he can see the reservation, but the payment has not came through and he made me pay again and then he took 20 minutes to process before I was led to my room, and then, as I entered the room, the bathroom faucet was leaking. The shower was dripping. The carpet had stains. The room had a very bad smell to it, and the carpet was so dirty that my socks were covered with All the hair and other dirt that was on the carpet, but I didn’t have a choice. It was late at night and I only had to spend a few hours to catch some sleep before I could takeoff so I checked in at one in the morning and I checked out at six in the morning, but it was a really bad experience the entire hotel look like they were trying to do renovations, but had not even started, and they were patches on the wall the drywall was coming off, and it was not a good experience

Everything was run down and needed service People were three deep waiting to complain We were trying to get a blanket That we had ask for three time the second day of stay If I could have ask for my money back the first night I would have.

Property is in terrible condition. Several unseemly people walking around. Night manager very rude. Told me hotel was full and would not honor my reservation. Did not answer the phone when Expedia called for cancellation. Had to find another property and page twice.

First room, we couldn't even get in, trash everywhere outside and the door wouldn't open. Sent me to another room that was disgusting, and the door wouldn't lock. Did not stay, cancelled and was assured I would be refunded. They never refunded me. This place is filthy, unsafe, and criminal. Thieves will keep your money, even though you don't stay. Beware, Stay Away from this Horrible place!!!!!
