Granada Apartments Queen's Promenade

Everything was clean, a baby bed was provided, there was enough space, location was perfect, coffee and tea provided, comfy beds, communication with host was easy, professional and friendly, it was quiet and private on the top floor, enough free parking available.

You have to be careful closing the several fire doors so they don't slam. There seemed to be an open live wire in the mirror in the bathroom.

The hosts have been exceptional. A lovely lady who we believe to have been a host arrived on Friday and brought us all some ice cream which was absolutely amazing and very appreciated as the day was a very hot day 😋 the rooms were clean and definitely exceeded our expectations expectations. We will definitely be back to these appartments and as a matter of fact have not left yet and already planning again to come back here around christmas rhus year. The location and blackpool has been the best holiday we have had as family to date and we have came to blackpool yearly since I myself was a little,girl. My mother and father came with us on this holiday and they have been coming since they too were children however this .is the first time any of us have booked with 240 promenade, granada appartments. We have decided this is now our go to place when we come back each time. The beds have been the host of some very comfortable sleep this week. The shower was probably the best showers I've ever had. The kitchen was extremely convenient and we much preferred this appartment rather than a hotel. The area has been extremely quiet and peaceful, the tram is right across the road from the appartment with one arriving every 10 minutes. With out a doubt the best located as we usually stay between south and Central peir instead. Thankyou granada for hosting out stay for out 2025 August blackpool holiday and being the most outstanding hosts leading up to our arrival and during our stay. We loved our time here, would definitely recommend and will most definitely be back ❤️

Nothing to dislike.

Was amazing for my elderly Dad (parking reserved at door to apartment with no steps), lots of space to spread out with 2 TVs also. Outdoor patio area lovely! Staff communication was excellent/very quick in responding and very friendly and helpful.

Our only concern was guests in apartment next door had a party on the Friday night which kept us awake. When we notified staff however they sorted it immediately and party was stopped by next door owners.

Great location near trams and buses.

The motion sensor light in the hallway was the only thing we would change , took a while to go off
