Granada Apartments Queen's Promenade

The location was perfect, easy to get the tram to where you wanted to go , just a two minute walk. And waking up to the sea view was lovely, missing it already.

To be honest I can’t really think of anything, great price for a lovely apartment.

We didn't use the key; we entered the apartment with the code. It made the process much easier for us.

Plenty of room for the two of us. Staff were really helpful and reserved a parking space at the front of the property when I let them know about mobility issues. Made a big difference. Tea and coffee in the apartment which isn’t always the case so that was nice. Apartment clean and comfortable. Right opposite the sea.

We have stayed here several times in the same 1 bed apartment. Always been happy and this time found a few more improvements and upgrades. All staff we spoke to were helpful and friendly. One even paid us a personal visit to check everthing was ok Very clean. Everthing we needed to self cater . Free parking. Easy access and instructions Thank you 😊

1. A few days before my holiday I’d been asked to pay 200 pounds safety deposit. I transferred the money the same day and provided them the proof of payment from my bank. Despite it, they were keep asking me for this proof for the next couple of days, even a couple of hours before my travel, threating me, they I will not get the access code to my apartment. 2. When we arrived to the apartment, after 4h drive from Edinburgh to Blackpool, with our 3 yo daughter, we went to apartment number 9 as in email received. The access code provided did not work. Very confused, I phoned to them to ask what is going on. The person who pick up the phone asked me 8 times for my surname, which I spelled to them 7 times, still with no success. Finally they said that my apartment is number 3, not 9 as in email and booking.com app. 3. When open the no3 apartment door we smelled horrible mould stink – later we have been told, that they know about this odour and planning to replace the carpet with a lot of stains at some point in the future. This smell gave me and my daughter the running noses during the stay. 4. There was unbearable noise during nights until early morning hours, from neighboring flats, making not possible for us to sleep.
