The place is nice . Direct at the street so sometimes a little noisy

Restaurant already closed 4.30 pm. No ref in the room. Staff not really helpful to put the things of the guest in their ref. And the staff even not help to get the luggage from the car to the room

Love the pool and the view. Very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

There’s so many things I didn’t like, may be pricey for what it was. I had the exclusive little “house” in front of the water, turned out to be a container, felt pretty unsafe. Doors were weak and uncomfy to open/close. And then walking there you have to go through a dark grass area which also felt unsafe, and when it rained it was a bit muddy in some areas. The shampoo bottle looked sketchy, bathroom was underwhelming and you could see me showering if you took a look on the swimming pool area, I checked from there too. No breakfast included (maybe I didn’t check, idk if there’s an option), and I ordered a club sandwich and it was around 350-400 peso, something like that. Crazy!!! I should’ve stayed at the hotel next door “Wuthering Waves” but they didn’t had rooms available sadly. Can’t stress enough how different they are and they’re next to each other. I write so many reviews and this is the first time I leave a negative one, so I apologize.

The owner itself. She’s very accomodating and the place is so amazing. We love it :)
