Service was friendly and helpful, always happy to make our stay peaceful and comfortable. Delicious meals. Definitely will be staying again in the future. Very happy

The staff were very nice. I thank Chona, Julia, Jemma and Nerissa. They tried to accommodate our needs. Chona helped us with the upgrade of our room from the 6 beds dorm style to a suite on the 2nd floor. The suite has 1 bedroom (1 queen and 1 twin size beds), living room, kitchennette and balcony. The staff provided us additional 2 bed cushions to use in the living room area. They gave us extra pillow and towels when we requested it. Also, plates and utensils were provided after our request. The AC in the rooms are good and electric fan is also available. They also provided a complimentary ride to the port. Very nice people. Beautiful view at the back of the resort. We had a good family photo shoot. 😊

The room we stayed in was not well maintained. The main bathroom shower water was first very cold then they made it very hot. It was not fixed in our 3 nights stay. The bathroom sink may have black stain or was not cleaned well. I mentioned this but they did not clean it. The shower was positioned on an higher level from the floor which was weird. The cabinet drawers has bug wings so we did not use it. It would have been better if there was microwave provided. The place should focus on the bathroom, faucets and kitchennette sink. Also, wipe dust on all furniture before a new client arrives.

The breakfast was good. The location is great since it's along the highway, its easy to get around.

The wifi is not good. I am losing connection in the middle of my class and in betweens.

I think it needs to have a hot shower and offer a free breakfast in bed

Worth every penny. The view is amazing, the roon villa is clean and have complete appliance, very modern room villa, the staff is polite and accomodating. Great place to unwind and relax.

We only had it for 4 hours had a great time plus the swimming there also.

We like everything will be back next year.
