Could not have asked for more, great communication before stay giving us travel info and local knowledge . Very warm welcome from Jill to this exceptional property Along with Jess and Jonty ( very friendly and adorable well trained dogs) wonderful facilities along with amazing breakfast Jill really cares about her guests and their time with her Certainly somewhere you would be happy to stay and more than likely to return to in future if revisiting the Island.

Not really anything to put as negatives as it is an exceptional well cared for property and a warm friendly dedicated host

Es war so schön, schon der herzliche Empfang war nicht zu toppen. Die Gastgeberin Jill, aber auch ihre Freundin Kim waren herausragend. Die Unterkunft, die Sauberkeit, das gepflegte Grundstück und auch das perfekte Frühstück hätten nicht besser sein können. Die Unterstell- und Lademöglichkeiten für die E-Bikes waren auch perfekt. Alles nur zu Empfehlen.

On the edge of shanklin. Nice and quiet. Letting out just 2 rooms, you had lots of personal,attention from Gill the hostess. Breakfast kept us going all day, and nice to have lovely quality bread for toast House was immaculate,

Absolutely everything great location beautiful views. Jill is a fabulous host and Kim who steps in for Jill is amazing. Such lovely hosts

There is nothing to dislike

The location is great, just above the pretty old town, where there are plenty of pubs and eateries in walking distance. The house itself is beautiful. There are two resident dogs, who are very sweet natured. In the surrounding fields you can see donkeys and alpacas. And of course there is a view of the sea. Kim and Jill were so helpful and nice, and Kim cooked us an excellent breakfast! We were very grateful for the tea, coffee and fresh milk in the room.

Lovely accommodation with a beautiful garden. Jill is a wonderful host and when Jill is away her friend Kim is too. Delicious breakfast served in garden.

Jill was a wonderful host, ready with tips on where to eat in the evening, places to visit even which bus stops to use so we only had to walk downhill to her b&b. The rooms were lovely with tea/coffee facilities and cookies. The views are great with Culver Down and the sea from one window and countryside including donkeys and alpacas from the other. Great breakfast every morning with a choice of cereal, fruit, yogurt, toast and full English, tea and coffee. Last but not least Jess and Jonty, Jill's gorgeous dogs.
