King Solomon Hotel

建物のデザイン、内装の細部にもこだわりが見えてとても素敵でした。豪華さはないけれど、アットホームなゆっくりできる空間で、個人的にはドツボの雰囲気でした。 部屋までの行き方が迷路みたいで最初は戸惑いますが、他にはないワクワク感が堪らなかったです！

改装中のため、ジムとリフトが使えず残念でした。 改装後にも来てみたいです。

la struttura, soprattutto i bagni sarebbero da ristrutturare avevo chiesto una camera silenziosa mi hanno messo finestra sulla piscina dove c'era musica il pomeriggio, musica alta tutte le sere nella struttura centrale che si sente da tutte le camere anche oltre mezzaonette, le camere sono su una collina dove di notte girano cani randagi che abbaiano. ho beccato anche lavori tutte le notti per una strada vicina ma credo occasionali. L'accesso alle camere sarebbe attraverso un ascensore/funicolare ma praticamente sempre spento, quindi tanti gradini che rendono impossibile accecco a persone con disabilità anche temporanea. Internet a pagamento non incluso nel prezzo della camera utilizzabile da un solo device

Reminded me of the sort of hotel that you would read about in a Somerset Maugham or James Michener short story. The rooms are clean, the food is nice, the beer is cold, the hotel is centrally located. But, what sticks in my memory most is how pleasant and obliging the staff are. I very much hope for a return one day to the indomitable King Solomon

They allowed us to check out early and move hotels without penalty

Cable car was out of service, steps were not safe, 1 room had no power to outlets, one had no hot water, one had no working a/c, very run down, toilets didn't flush properly, bathrooms not cleaned well. Door to balcony didn't open properly.

Centrally located, amenities, service, smiles

Far to walk all the way up to rooms 800s, slightly outdated rooms and that a paid voucher for internet only can be used for one device, not two.

Room did not have TV, Aircon, hot water.

There is a cable car to take passengers & luggage up a steep hill to rooms. The week I was it was broken. This meant a climb of 89 (eighty nine) steps up & down to my room from the restaurant or when going out / returning. Having a knee operation this year it was painful. Fix it!

The very nice staff and the pretty central location.

The music from the hotel bar at night, and the room facilities are basic.
