Location, the kittens running around were very friendly.

No warm water, they forgot to give the welcome drink, TV did not work, pool without pool beds - only a few plastic chairs, no towels in the room.

Great location. Nice crowd at the bar. Nice pool. Awesome incline- very unique. Some staff were great!

Some parts of property are filthy. Room was in disrepair. Very shabby. Some staff had negative attitudes.

L'emplacement en centre ville est top. Le funiculaire désuétude a son charme. Nous avons aimé pouvoir laisser nos bagages après le check out.

Le personnel de l'hôtel a complètement oublié de nous envoyer la navette à l'aéroport. Nous avons patienté presque une heure puis pris un taxi. D'autres part nous avions demandé une chambre avec lave linge et nous n'avons pas eu de lave linge ce qui nous a coûté 40€ supplémentaire en Landry.
