Susanna Inn Machu Picchu Hotel

I liked staying at the hotel but just be aware that you will hear train passing all the time. We were woken up by train literally hotel walls were shaking.

A wonderful place to stay before our trip to Machu Picchu. The room was clean and comfortable. They provide complimentary breakfast starting from early. A 5 minute walk to the bus station for Machu Picchu and close to the main town. They will also store your luggage for free.

Great place to stay but was right above the train tracks. Wasn’t advertised as such so there was quite a bit of noise in the morning and evening.

From check in we had a great time at this beautiful little inn. The views from our room were spectacular. Bed was comfortable, and they were accommodating when we asked for an extra pillow. My partner would rate it a 4 only because we didn’t have any air control like AC/heating. Breakfast was included and also great since we had a beautiful view in the panoramic breakfast room. Overall really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely come back.

Hotel needs to be renovated and deep cleaned.

Now I know that staying in a less expensive hotel in the Aguas Calientes area is not a good idea when there were so many other much nicer hotels in the same vicinity.

We had a wonderful stay! The view from our room and the dining room of the river was really pretty! We especially loved how helpful and kind the manager was and all the other staff. The breakfast included was really good too. Would highly recommend!

Clean. Great breakfast. Inexpensive.
