Good place next the train, 3 mins when you get down. Room is nice and clean, beside the river, a little bit noisy if you are a light sleeper. Breakfast is fantastic, great hotel. WiFi is a little bit weak, need to improve it.

Best views of any hotel in town. Read the reviews and booked the room facing mountain / river. It is very close to the train station but we didn't hear the train. If facing the train tracks, it may be a different story. Breakfast was OK. Eggs, breads, butter, jam, orange juice, tea / coffee, 3 slices of cheese and 3 slices of ham. Staff is very nice and great value.

The hotel is beside the rail track. My room was of reasonable size, clean and had two bottles of water for free. Although my room faced the river, I barely heard it at night. The bathroom was clean. The employees were friendly and polite. The breakfast was good. This hotel will be my first option in my next visit to Aguas Calientes.

For a brief visit to Machu Picchu, Susanna Inn is the ideal choice. The welcoming and warm staff, particularly William, went above and beyond. He accompanied me to the bus ticket station, provided a mini tour, and ensured my comfort, creating a memorable experience at Susanna Inn.

"Amazing view, great service"

We had the most amazing view of the river and mountains. The windows were great, open and you could see and hear the Amazon basin roar, closed it was silent. Slept great with it open or closed. This place had an amazing home cooked breakfast every morning. Family run and they treat you like family. If you need anything, just ask and they will accommodate you.

La atenci贸n fue excelente por parte de todo el staff. Solo tomar en consideraci贸n para otras personas que deseen hospedarse que no hay elevador y las habitaciones no cuentan con aire acondicionado pero si abren la ventana entra el fresco.
