The place in nice a clean. A suggestion is to put extra toilet paper an extra towel.

Reservamos dos habitaciones y las dos tenían impresionante vista hacia la montaña y el río. El desayuno es satisfactorio con fruta, yogurt, cafe, pan, huevo, queso, jamon y jugo. El joven Marcelo nos brindó excelente servicio y fue mas allá de sus deberes pues nos llevo a comprar los boletos del bus a Machu Pichu. Ubicación conveniente aunque afea la construccion de un edificio cercano.

Check in was friendly and accommodating. Room was amazing with river running behind. Staff went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.

This place is a bed and breakfast with awesome river view during breakfast. The bedrooms and bath are clean and cozy. Nothing to brag about but comfortable and tidy. The breakfast was just right and the Peruvian coffee strong. Miguel and staff were all very amiable and recommended a great restaurant called Pueblo Visio near the Ministery of Culture, to which I suggest as one to eat at while staying there. The restaurant is across from where you can get your souvenir passport stamp for Machu Picchu.

Facility is nice, new and clean. Lobby staff was helpful and courteous and the location is close enough to everything but quiet and private enough. Will definitely recommend!!!

The best place

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms and areas were clean. And they offer early breakfast starting at 0500. The breakfast includes OJ, coffee, egg (choice of scrambled or over easy), cheese, ham, fruit, and bread. Additional information/tips: The property is located towards past the artisanal market and to the left (following the train path). Keep in mind there is no AC in the rooms, however, the time of year we went there was no need for it as the temperatures were cool enough. They offer late checkout for additional $30.

This hotel stay in Aguas Calientes, Machu Picchu, was delightful. Our room boasted a fantastic river view, offering a captivating glimpse of the river's power. The breakfast spot downstairs also provided a stunning riverside setting, and the attentive staff added to the pleasant experience. I'll certainly choose this hotel again if I return to the area.

Susanna Inn is a nice little family-run hotel on the edge of Aguas Calientes. It's refreshingly outside the hustle and bustle of the central areas, but still just a short walk from the train and bus stations and central plaza. The staff was very helpful and accommodating when we needed first a late check-out, and then an extra night due to an unexpected illness. The room was very comfortable, nicely-appointed, and offered an incredible view of the Urubamba River! The breakfast is made-to-order, and the breakfast nook also overlooks the river. Highly recommended!
