Morgan Hotel

Parking could be a challenge during a busier time, but is was fine for our stay. Attentive staff, clean, overall positive experience!

After spending the day touring the island, this hotel was a welcomed stay, close to the main street and comfortable. I only had two issues. One was with the sign in key which I had to call someone to get the code but they were able to stay on phone with me till it was worked out and I could access the property (it was quite cold outside). The other was that a small desk for work would have been great. It is a wonderful hotel however

TV did not work. No staff to help with this issue.

Nice location, charming Victorian. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. No staff to be found. Water pitcher empty in front lobby. Lots of steep stairs to climb to get to room. Room small. No chair to sit on. TV on side of bed. It was convenient and quiet.

Disappointed in the check in by app and the app key and the lack of onsite staffParking was uncertain and the only advice from staff via phone was to try to get a spot close to the hotel. Faucet and shower valve were broken. Otherwise stay was ok

The OpenKey is great idea but the app should do a better job with icons to provide visibility to all doors that might need to be accessed.

Not bad but a couple of disappointments... no front desk staff.. check in via app.... app never activated at check in time (3pm) Called the number and the clerk didnt seem to understand that the hotel needed to notify the app that the room was ready. Also, asked about parking and was simply told that "the closer to the hotel the better". Seriously??? Had we been there in prime season, parking would have likely been impossible. The bath sink faucet was broken and the shower knob kept falling off. We happened to get the room for persons with challenged abilities and the shower seat was quite gross. Otherwise, the location was good and the bed was fairly comfortable.
