Ambiance was off the charts awesome. IT IS A WALK UP.....NO LIFT. Bathrooms were NOT en-suite. The host drug heavy suitcases up 3 flights of amazing stairs for us. They provided a small area for coffee, tea, refrigeration, china, silver etc. Breakfast was wonderful. The place setting was so old world that you felt like you were taken back in time. Beautiful place and the breakfast was family style.

My thoughts on a first floor were what they call ground level. First floor is up two flights of stairs. Be prepared to WALK UP - NO LIFT or elevator. They were beautiful stairs and I got my exercise. The beach, history, iron men, and views were spectacular. Host was wonderful telling of the history. Would stay there again, taking smaller suitcases....Around the corner is about 1/2 mile and there is plenty of food choices and the train station to take into Liverpool proper. We had a wonderful time. UBER was a life saver.

It was in a quiet location and only a 15 minute walk to the train station which brings you into Central Liverpool. Absolutely beautiful restored Victorian property. The house decor was stunning and so period perfect to the age of the home. A beautiful beach was just across the street and was perfect for an evening stroll. Jonathan was a thoughtful and wonderful host.
