Clean and comfortable, easy arrival

The staff was at odds with each other, could here them arguing in the lobby. The young man that booked our room was very courteous but the others the next morning not so much

My booking was for 2 adults and 3 children for a Saturday night. Upon check in, I was told my hotel booking was only for two adults and was given a king bed with a single chaise (not couch). I am a family of 5. There are no towels clean. Only one set of extra bedding. Frustrated parent to say the least.

We had no room service. Had to call for towels, bed was not changed, trash was not removed and the room was not vacuum. The hallway on 3rd floor was dirty and the ice machine did not work on the 3rd floor.

Loved the hot breakfast and options. Location right across from Meijer.

The body wash in my room did not work, there was no shower cap, and the refrigerator was nasty and I didn’t want to put anything outside of water in there, other than that I was pretty happy.
