No one seemed to be in charge. Arrived at 3:30 pm and did not get our room until 5 pm. Not enough capable staff.

"Not what I was expecting "

Room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 4:30. Told to come back in an hour. We came back a few hours later and staff wasn’t at front desk. Tub backed up during shower and I slipped. Bed had a clean sheet on top of a dirty sheet that was full of hair. Ceiling damaged. Soap dispenser in shower falling apart. No towels available for pool. Pool was dirty.

One room smelled like smoke. Toilet was not attached properly to the floor. Bathroom fan did not work. Understood broken dryer in hotel delayed getting one of the rooms until 4:30 and the other at 10:30pm.

Everything rents smoothly. The only thing that was a problem was that the entire hotel had a strong mildew smell. Inside our room, it was even stronger.

Nice and clean

I had 3 charges on my card the morning before check out time. I called the front desk about the issue and was told they cannot explain the charges to me until I check out. I went downstairs to checkout around 745-750 and there was no one at the desk. I waited at least 20 minutes and still no one. I left without resolving the issue because I had to get back on the road to Maryland. My card still has 3 charges and I am hoping that this issue will be resolved very soon.

"Excellent"

Overall, the hotel was great. Breakfast had some great choices and food was very good. Only complaint is that the pool doesn’t have heated water, it was freezing cold. Couldn’t swim very long.

Will definitely stay there again but the breakast aatendant stated that she did nkt expect so may people to come down and therefore enough was not prepared. Had to wait for sausage and eggs.
