Great place to stay!

Poorly managed lack of communication.

Room has toxic odor, Hotel staff was nice and very apologetic but did not have another room to give us. We are not staying in that room and have left. Hotel staff said they would not bill Expedia and for me to call you all. You list no phone number

Housekeeping came in my room and left trash did not make up the beds or vacuum. The tables were never wiped down . I took pictures and noted it to management who disregarded it. I was also told one rate and then charged another.

The entire staff's attitude. I understand that things can happen, but from the top to the bottom of the staff I've never seen people pass the buck and not even try to resolve any issues. It was just really disappointing.

Great property, my son and nephew enjoyed the pool and had a great time. Breakfast was decent, not many vegetarian opinions or none pork alternatives

All staff were welcoming and polite.
