The laundry person did not show up so very limited towels .

Decent room for the price

From the arrival to checking out, everything was fantastic! Breakfast area was clean and restocked all morning, good tasting, eating area was clean and kept up. Surrounding area was filled with food eateries, meijers next door for forgotten items, shops. Highly recommend this hotel. Staff was friendly, hotel very clean, room was large and comfortable.

The one thing that wasn’t great about my stay was the smell of my room - it was pretty bad.

Comfortable but a strange odor in the room like maybe someone smoked in room and hotel tried to hide the smell.

Only real complaint was they had a leak from the ice machine on our floor. The room was fine, but the hallway smelled musty & damp.

Didn’t like the location

We reserved a suite to sleep 6 people. When we arrived, we had to wait for the front desk person to return to the desk. After swiping my card, I had to ask for my ID back before heading to our room. The elevator was disgustingly grimy. Upon arrival to our room, we were greeted by the stench of feet. That is what our room smelled like. The “third” bed, a sofa sleeper had white stains on it (so gross). There were only items for three people (towels, washcloths, coffee/tea). The room itself was dirty. The bathroom was dirty and had hair and mildew. This is the third IHG hotel I have stayed in since April. My family has been a long time “Holiday Inn” IHG customer long before they offered points for your stay and a membership with fairly nominal benefits. The rates are not great for the quality. This will be our last stay with IHG. The quality just isn’t what it used to be.

The room was dirty, they moved us to a different room and it was dirty as well, we were so tired we said screw it but it also didn’t have towels which didn’t help.
