Our welcome was nice and the staff were very friendly. The furnishings in the room were lovely, also home made cookies and very nice toiletries.

Our room had a major leak issue and the walls were badly stained, once we notified staff they apologised, duly reported it and i am sure this will get sorted out. The evening meal was average and not too well cooked. The breakfast menu looked lovely but sadly the option i wanted is no longer offered even though it was on the sheet and my husband ordered porridge then poached eggs and they all came out together meaning the eggs were cold when he got to them. Little things but for the cost i would expect better.

In pieno centro, praticamente all'imbocco della via pedonale. Camera ampia, accogliente, bel design; ho apprezzato moltissimo la radio sul comodino che trasmetteva musica chillout e l'immancabile set per un ottimo the. Nota di merito alla cucina, colazione gustosa seppur su ordinazione e non a buffet; fermatevi anche per cena, piatti davvero ottimi e abbondanti. Parcheggio gratuito alle spalle dell'hotel incluso per i clienti.

Excellent

Not impressed. Reception were matter of fact when we arrived and not that welcoming. The room looked ok on first scrutiny but there were a lot of flaws for such a high price. The bathroom shower tray had hairs in the plug hole. The bedside lamp was rather shabby and the light was not bright enough to read by. The restaurant staff were not efficient and same as reception, were not that friendly. The food was ok but vastly overpriced for what you got. Other places in the vicinity better value for money.
