Waterside Resort

It is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed!! I was in awe the second I opened the door! The view was breathtaking, but funny enough, I could have stayed in the suite the whole time. That view was just as beautiful! The staff was extremely nice and truly cared about my experience. I felt like we were friends before I even got there. We had talked on the phone a few times about my upcoming stay. They even called me the day of my arrival to let me know I could come earlier if I wanted to, that my room was clean and ready. I will be back! And I've already talked to a lot of my friends. I will recommend this place to everyone! My best vacation EVER!!

I loved everything!! Don't change a thing!

Very clean, comfortable beds, lots of room

What a lovely place! Our condo was nicely decorated, had tons of space, kitchen counters that went for miles! Lots of windows to view the beautiful sound. We valued the somewhat isolated location. No walkability to stores but Edenton was just across the bridge. What a cute, beautiful, historic town! We would definitely return!

Great place. View is fantastic and condo is roomy and nice. Enjoyed the gas log fireplace too!

Our unit was lovely and well equipped. Garage was under cover.

The exterior of the entire building including our deck was covered with tiny size dead bugs. They called them nits. The flies were so awful, we couldn’t sit or eat outside to enjoy the pretty view. They tried to clean the sticky dead bugs off our deck but it didn’t help. The whole building was covered with them. The flies must have been attracted to them.

Everything was perfect during our stay.

Room 304 was wonderful! Very clean and comfortable. The view was spectacular! The setting was very quiet and relaxing. We loved that it was not crowded with people. The pool and playground were so much fun. We would love to come back.

My two negatives were all the bird poop in the parking garage and the birds flying overheard everywhere. Made the building smell and look dirty. And then I would upgrade some of the kitchen cooking utensils that are a little more sturdy.
