The location and the property are beautiful!

However, there was no water available for the entire second day of our stay. This was our anniversary, and experiencing water issues at the property was not what we expected for such a special occasion. We reached out to request some form of compensation and were offered a 10% discount. Unfortunately, this does not adequately reflect the impact of losing an entire day at the property due to the lack of water. Without access to water, we were unable to meet even the most basic hygiene needs. Given the circumstances, we believe this situation deserves more appropriate recognition and compensation.

Beautiful setting on a quiet lake - sandy beach with lots of canoes, kayaks, and other activities available. Staff were friendly and the meals were great.

"Beautiful views of lake from canoe and dining room but over-rated rooms and service."

Property was fine but it really felt like self-service for check/in ; key were available on counter in an envelope with our name on it but no greeting then or for dinner reservation. Only contact was when we checked out.

Staff needs to up skilled for dinner service. Wine served in wrong glasses. Limited knowledge of menu but very willing to get information. Bathroom in cottage needs care.
