Breakfast was offered in a negligeable manner means served in a shortcut way . property was very poor to serve for business trip. no power back up. rooms are very savvy . except the property looks there are no good habitable arrangements available. rooms are not at all fit to 3 single beds but forcefully the rooms are full of beds. Caretaker is very arrogant and not at all suitable to this service oriented sector.

Minimum power back up facility , exclusive breakfast (veg) , clean rooms , remove the old savvy furniture from the rooms those are really looks bad. Involve a few sensible and educated man power to cater the guests in a manner.

Located a short journey from the railway station, hidden deep within the winding, narrow lanes of a traditional Pol, this property is a hidden gem for the adventurous traveler. If you appreciate heritage preservation, Diwanji ni Haveli is incredibly rewarding. We learned from the manager, Mukesh, that our stay helps finance the ongoing restoration of this beautiful structure—making any minor navigation hurdles completely worth it. To top it off, the delicious breakfast and close proximity to Manek Chowk made our visit truly memorable.

I felt exceptionally welcome at Deewanji Ni Haveli and can highly recommend it! It is a truly remarkable place, restored with profound expertise and great attention to detail. Although the hotel is located in the heart of the bustling Old City, it is a genuine oasis of calm. For breakfast, you can enjoy a variety of specialties from Gujarat, and the team is exceedingly friendly and helpful.

BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT.LOCATION IS IN A VERY NARROW STREET BUT THAT IS WHAT A ORIGNAL POOL OR GULLY SHOULD BE.HERITAGE BUILDING,VERY WELL MAINTAINED, EXCELLENT STAFF.

The haveli has been beautifully restored and our room was light and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the place is very clean. The staff and manager were very friendly, courteous and helpful and the breakfast was good.

There are only a few things that might be addressed: The shower was in a terrible state; black mould everywhere and the taps were loose and water squirted out of the shower hose rather than coming out of the shower head. The drains were very smelly and water in the sink drained only slowly. Secondly, and this is just a minor issue: It would be nice (and fair) to inform guests that water and tea, which are being offered, are not complimentary. We were charged for both, which is fine, just let your guests know in advance. It’s a little noisy at night/early morning (traffic as well as noise from the houses opposite).
