"Practical, clean and convenient. Would definitely recommend."

Our host picked us up from the train station. Bus directly outside, coffee shop beside front door and bus tickets available downstairs. Supermarket within walking distance. Double glazing and shutters made room very quiet. 20 minutes by bus to the centre of Venice.

"Awesome"

Awesome stay. Liked everything. Alessandro greeted us and showed private parking, which was 10 euros per day. Safe surroundings, couple of small shops around the area. Clean and spacious. The bus stop is right around the corner

The bus stop to Venice is just in front of the building. The apartment was clean and in good conditions and we received plenty of instructions to get to Venice. The pastry shop next to the building is worth a visit as well. There is also a supermarket nearby, so you have everything that you might need in a short distance. We were able to check in earlier, which was great. There is a public parking lot on the other side of the road, in front of the church which is free, but you can also request a paid private garage.

The place is a 20 minute trip by bus far from Venice. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. The room and bathroom were big and clean. For a cup of coffee and a croissant, there is a store at the ground floor (closed on Sundays).

Only the fact that the shower is not mobile, but fixed to the wall, which is not exactly convenient for everyone.
