"Exceptional"

Beutiful small clean room withpretty view to the street. Nice and helpful owner. Above a caffe and right in front of a bus stop. Very easy bus ride to Venice. Nearby grocery stores. Right across a church, so be ready for the bells from 7:00 to 22:00.

Had to unplug the minifrige at night as the compressor stops quite loudly.

"Very nice apartment in a convenient place"

The place was big enough for a family of 4. The kitchen has everything you need even if we didn’t really used it. The bus for Venice is just in front of the apartment and you can buy tickets in the bus.

Modern room, comfortable for 4 people, no noise around, comfortable bedding, close to the bus stop, very friendly staff, supermarkets and restaurants are close by.

If you decide to stay outside Venice this is definitely a great choice. Very nice apartment with friendly owner and free parking outside. All this in a good price. Everything perfect for me

This place is excellent if you want to visit Venice. In the immediate vicinity of the building, there is a bus station for routes to Venice and a tobacco shop where you can buy VeneziaUnica tickets for buses and vaporetto. A few minutes’ walk away are 2 supermarkets and a few places to eat. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have everything you need in the kitchen. The owners are extraordinary people, they patiently answered all our questions and helped us with all the necessary information. If you wish, they can also offer you transportation to and from the airport.

"Exeellent"

The connection to the room was great, got a bus station right before the room. From room to venice it takes 20-30 mns and its a great location. Got a couple of super markets around in the walking distance. The hosts were good with communication, check in and checkout was smooth. They helped us around with the dropping in the airport as well.

Eva was very helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. The position of the place is very good, the bus station is in front of the building and the bar at the groundfloor had great coffee. A good place to stay when visiting Venice
