Very clean apartment, comfy room (we also had a balcony)! Not near the city center but you can get in a bus which is really out of the apartment.

The only bad if I should say something is that ig has no elevator.

There was no drying stand.

Everything you need, clean, easy to check in, quiet area, host good communication, comfortable, good wifi, good location – Bus, outside the front door, always under 30 minutes to the heart of Venice. Host had a very very useful booklet of information regarding buses to venice etc. The App AVM (ACTV) for all public transport is easy to use, cheap and includes buses and the public boats (Lido) in Venice. Place had everything you need for a city visit! I was glad that I wasn’t staying right in Venice. It was great to escape away from the madness and with regular, consistent, clean buses literally from the front door to central Venice!

Nothing really. Just a view of a street but can't have everything. Aware it did not have a view before I booked.

Easy communication with host, great location near the bus stop to Venice and with a downstairs pastry and coffee house.

Friendly host ,handbook with suggestions / maps etc in 4 languages with survey pages for guests , the location was quiet , on a bus line into venice ,very well clean and maintained , parking available ,eateries close by

Nothing to dislike ,only suggestions the apartment can accomodate 4 persons , but only 2 wine glasses , 2 champagne flutes ,small cups available ,no mugs, no kettle for stove or jug to boil water .

Nice, clean and cozy place. The bus stop to Venice is just in front of the hotel.

First of all I think it was one of the most helpful places we stayed, the room has a binder with all the explanations about transportation and where to buy tickets, and other guests' recommendations and etc. the room was super clean with 3 sets of towels ( big, middle and small) and us as not being small people , big towel is much appreciated, the room had an air conditioning ,refrigerator and a microwave and a coffee machine. the area is quiet and the bus station to Venice is right under the hotel, 30 min by bus and you get there in no time, not far from the hotel there was a supermarket and a delicious bakery that you really should visit. we liked everything about this place, really no complaints

Great place if you want to visit Venice. Parking possible in nearby streets.

Everything was great. Tank you to Mr. Alessandro for his help with visiting Venezia and everything About our travel. It was nice stay and i recommend this accomodation to all of you. Downstairs you can have good breakfast, next to the door you can buy a tickets for Bus as well as good wine and cheese etc. Bus stop in front of the accomodation, Eurosport and lidl in walking distance. Nice pizzeria and sushi all you can eat as well. Venezia 20 minibus by Bus.
