Clean and nice apartment, very helpful owner. 20 min by buss to Ve ice, the bus stop is next to apartment. Bakery with nice coffe and sweets in the same building. Free parking close to apartment . We recommend this place, thank you

Just about everything was great……with a folder containing details for public transport, local restaurants, a free map of Venice. The staff friendly and helpful. Free local parking and local buses outside the property. The air condition went a little crazy one day but was dealt with immediately.

Very cozy and nice apartment. Right next to the bus station to Venice and to the city center - makes it very easy to get around. The kitchenette was very well equipped with everything we needed. LIDL is at a five minute walk. A nice coffee and pastry shop at the first level.

The sofa bed was OK but not great, it was very noisy and wobbly, not ideal for two persons. The bed in the bedroom was very good.

"Liked to staying there."

Very close free parking area. By taking bus just infront of the Hotel, we have easily reached the hearth of Venice maybe faster than out car. Return time was longer maybe we have taken another bus. A lady welcomed us without speaking any English word but somehow we understood each other. additional help cam from Alessandro via WhatsApp. There are restaurants and supermarkets by driving 5 minutes with car. Just ask Alessandro.

Clean room. Little candies. Quiet and italian looking room.

A/C was working and not working. It had some issue. Bigger shampoo and conditioner and body shower would be nice
