Redwood Cabins

The room needs a remodel and floor leveling. It is too close to the main road. There is no a/c. For the price, it should have included a microwave. Also, the shared space by the river was too small for more than a few people. One family with 4 kids pretty much occupied the entire area by the river. One of the kids hit me with a hard rubber dog toy while trying to play with her dog.

Situated directly on the Salmon River, the location is fantastic. When we arrived, no one in the office The seasonal help were riding bikes and showed up 15 minutes later. Unfortunately the property is showing its age. The front door was missing the deadbolt lock. Floor slopes so much you need to grab the door jamb to enter bathroom. Bathroom door did not latch. Missing toilet paper holder, so roll was kept on window sill. No mirror in bathroom. There were signs that the owner is trying to keep up with repairs and some newer park model trailers have been added on the property. With time and investment, i think the proprty will rebound as it has beautiful river frontage.

The property was located about 25 feet from the river. They had chairs that were available to sit on by the river and the view of the snow capped mountains was great. very friendly and quiet place.

It had a great view of the Sawtooth mountains, was just a few steps away from the Salmon River and was very close to downtown Stanley. The room had no air conditioning and no tv.

No a/c and it was 95 degrees. Needed to have windows open for any air. Broken latch on one window, so could not open it. Screen on the door was broken. No fan. At least it was clean. Would not recommend this place. Way over priced for what you got.
